Frequently Asked Questions
What is the process of registering a student ?
Enrolment Form to be filled by the student followed by payment of stipulated Registration fee. Basic assessment of students documents will be done followed by an Interview with the associate /employer. Once the interview is clear , students need to pay 1st installment and start classes asap.
What is the difference between registration of a student for Ausbildung Programme and a Registered Nurse (RN) program?
Ausbildung Program is for candidates (Class 12th studying /passouts/college students ) who wish to pursue a vocational study program in Germany. RN program stands for Registered Nurses who have already completed their BSc. (Nursing) / GNM / ANM and are working/ not working.
What will be the Success Fee on references given by me?
The success fee is different from program to program. Your Relationship Manager will give you details on the same.
When will I get my Success Fee?
The success fees will be payable post candidate has paid the full /required payment of program fees to Genrise.
What will be the mode of payment of the Success Fee?
All payments to associates are done online directly in their bank accounts.
What if a student leaves the process in between (for ex. after 3 months)?
Success Fees will be paid to the Associates on a pro-rata basis depending upon the fees payments done by the student to Genrise till that date.
How to check the details (payment/status) of a Registered student?
All details of the student registration and his payment details will be available on our Referral website. Separate Login Access will be shared with the respective associate.
How can I reset the password for Referral website login ?
You need to click on the ‘’Forgot password’’ to reset the password and follow the instructions.
What if there are any mismatches /changes required in the referral website ?
Please inform it immediately to the Genrise IT team so that the issue may be checked and rectified.
I have already registered more than 10 students with Genrise. Will the increased Reference amount be applicable on earlier students also or on the new students only?
It will be applicable on an incremental basis
Who will be the contact point for any concerns/issues?
A Relationship Manager will be assigned to you for any query/ support/ complaints.
What will happen if the same candidate is referred by two different associates?
In such cases the credit will be given to the associate who has first referred and logged in the details of the candidate on the referral website.
Will I or my team be provided with any training?
Yes, you will be provided training from time to time by the Genrise team.
Will I get any help/ assistance in local market outreach activities ?
Yes proper support will be provided for the same. For any seminar in your area, speakers will be arranged from Genrise without any charges to be borne by you.
Can I give any discounts on the program fees?
Yes, you are allowed to give discounts on program fees as stipulated by Genrise.
How will I convince a student that I am the authorized associate of Genrise?
Your contact information (mobile number and address) will be published on Genrise’s website that you can share with the students.
Terms & Conditions(T&C)
- The Success Fees to the associate will be payable post candidate has paid the required payment of program fees to Genrise.
- Associate needs to keep track of his students to remain updated about their status, payment follow-ups etc.
- No refund of enrolment/registration fees if the candidate is shortlisted and not willing to pursue the program further.
- No refund of the fee to the candidate if the documents submitted are forged or incomplete.
- No refund will be applicable if a candidate does not get a visa due to any including but not limited to criminal background / medical condition / incomplete documents / non-availability of passport etc.
- After completion of language and cultural training, if the candidate does not clear the desired/requisite language proficiency level, Genrise would not be liable for the further progression of the candidate in the program, & also no fee would be refunded to the candidate.
- Associates to ensure full fee payment of the candidates to Genrise as per the program. In case of any refunds to candidates due to unforeseen circumstances, success fee paid to the Associates will be adjusted accordingly.
- Invoice to be raised by the Associates once Genrise has received the payment from the candidate and has been verified by the bank record/Referral Link and when advised by Genrise.
- Candidate’s sourcing by the Associates shall be done in their own personal capacity by their own efforts. They are not allowed to use the GENRISE brand name for marketing or in any promotional material without written approval from Genrise.
- The agreed fee structure is subject to change at management discretion of Genrise as and when deemed fit to be in line with the prevailing market situation.
- Genrise shall not be liable for any miscommunication, or misrepresentation made by the Associates independently to any stakeholders, including the candidates.
- Associates need to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and do not disclose any part of it to any other person without the written consent from the Genrise team.
